Easy Peasy! The main ingredient you will need is melt and pour glycerin soap. Everything else is easy to come by or lying around. Muffin tins, something to melt the soap in, dye for coloring the soap, and a plastic toy (in this case a frog). The main idea is to melt the soap, pour it into the muffin tin, stick in your frog, and get this amazing little toy/bar of soap for a little one.
