Paleo has hit the market with fire!

With this new diet being all the rage, Paleo Grubs has lined up what they believe to be 100 of the best Paleo recipes. It ranges from everything for breakfast, lunch, and dinner but also deserts. I am always looking for great alternatives and new recipes, and there are things about the paleo diet that are very appealing for its health benefits. I will be adding some of these to my meal plan.
