I love vicks. Seriously, my family grew up on vicks. I think everyone of my family members has a jar of vicks next to their nightstand.

One thing that makes me more hesitant to use it, is the chemicals found in traditional vicks. We try to do as natural, free of chemicals as we can in this home so this is the perfect hybrid for us. Found over at Real Food RN you will find the tutorial for a restful, clear sinus sleep. I can’t wait to make my own.

Simply made with a mason jar, a candle stick stand, and some adhesive and there ya have it, a redneck wine glass. The full tutorial can be found at Love U Madly. A great tip would to be find the mason jars at a thrift store, and look for candle stand at the dollar store. You could easily make each cup for around $1-$1.50 a piece.
