I’ve been working out a lot more lately and you’re supposed to replenish your muscles with some good carbs and protein post workout. My first thought was pasta and a protein shake, but turns out there’s way yummier ways to get your nutrients. This is a non fat greek yogurt with 22 grams of protein and watermelon as my source for carbs. Sweetened with a little Truvia (stevia) and voila! A great little post workout meal! 1 Cup non fat greek yogurt
1 Cup cubed watermelon
1 tsp Truvia
