Try out this 3 day detox found over at Inspire My Workout. The nice thing about this detox is that it is short and sweet. It is long enough to let your body flush the “crud” but not too long you feel like you’re dying. I always love a good detox to help reset my system. I have done this detox before, and I will say that it is a very filling detox and will not leave you starving. Here is to a happy, healthy summer!
